The Takeuta™ Vocal Method is a structured system of embodied vocal training that bridges ancient voice traditions with modern nervous system regulation, and can be applied in sound healing and other therapeutic or music-based practices. Rooted in Molly’s 40 years of vocal training — including Western classical music and Eastern traditional musics, specifically Japanese folk song while residing in Japan for 11 years — Takeuta™ integrates lineage-based vocal discipline with contemporary regulation principles. Takeuta™ Level 1 Foundations is the entry point into the method and focuses on self-regulation and vocal mechanics. In this workshop, you will strengthen vocal production, refine placement, and build a resilient and vibrant voice capable of releasing and balancing stuck energy and also changing your emotions. No prior singing or vocal experience is required. Takeuta™ Level 2 Application develops your ability to work with others through applied vocal technique. You will learn to guide individuals and groups using voice for co-regulation, incorporating group entrainment, 1:1 vocal guidance, trauma-informed practice, the five stages of mantra chanting and learn a variety of mantra. This level also integrates voice with shruti box and frame drum, while strengthening your capacity to hold clear, grounded therapeutic space.

Join me for a peaceful guided walk through the gardens followed by a restorative sound immersion. This event is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through nature and sound. You’ll begin with a gentle walk to settle the body and mind, allowing the natural surroundings to help shift you out of the pace of daily life. After the walk, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls, voice, and other sound healing instruments. The combination of movement, fresh air, and sound creates space for rest, grounding, and nervous system reset.
